1. Definitions
- “Company,” “we,” “our,” refers to Swdeep soft.
- “Client,” “you,” refers to the person or business purchasing services from us.
- “Services” refers to web design, development, hosting, maintenance, and any other related services provided.
2. Services
We agree to provide the services outlined in the project proposal or agreement. All deliverables, timelines, and costs will be defined in a written agreement prior to the start of work.
3. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work.
- Remaining balance is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month overdue.
4. Revisions and Scope Changes
- The project includes 2 rounds of free revisions.
- Any additional work or significant scope changes will be quoted and billed separately.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide all necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Review and approve deliverables within the specified timeline.
- Obtain rights or licenses for any third-party content you provide.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you will own the final website and its contents.
- We reserve the right to display the project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
- Any third-party tools or software remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Warranties and Limitations
- We will deliver a functional website per the agreed specifications.
- We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., SEO rankings, conversions).
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 10 days’ written notice. In the event of termination:
- You will pay for all work completed up to that point.
- We will deliver all completed assets.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jharkhand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jharkhand.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
